      Company culture, benefits, perks and overall compensation package.

      Cons

      The systems and procedures are too burecrautic, and since the company in the stagnation stage, there are some cut-offs in terms of compensation (trainings, experience exchange programs, abroad, bonuses)

      Very good atmosphere, very good salary package, and great company culture

      in general it is awesome place to work but sometimes you do not have option to choose technologies that you want for the projects
