Great pay for the work, great benefits, get either 2 or 3 days off at a time, twice a year shutdowns, good coworkers, no rotating days and nights
Cons
Can be stressful, long hours (12 hrs shifts), not paid for twice a year shut downs you have to use vacation to get paid
