      Great company to work for. Good compensation. Great benefits. Values family and life balance.

      Thank you for taking the time to comment. As you are pointing out, our benefits are great, but we do not stop there. Improvements have been made for 2015 to an already very competitive package. We are continuously working on making sure BASF a great place to work!

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Cons

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
