      Pros

      Good Salary, Good working conditions, Good buro material (PC, Software, Mobile, Desk).

      Cons

      Too much burocracy (in increasing after BASF take over Engelhard), Some departments are outside the global management. Many managers are taking care of their own interest and looking for their future in the company rather than the future of the company
