      The job itself is easy to learn. Small plant.

      Cons

      Management sucks, especially when they think they know what they’re doing but don’t. It’s a small plant so you can’t even go above someone to get something fixed.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Cons

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
