A fairly positive environment and excellent colleagues. Work hours are flexible.
Cons
Won't replace employees that leave the company unless they're management. Just expect you to perform more duties. Impossible to get promoted, and raises just cover the higher insurance each year. Do not expect to work hard and get promoted.
