      Benefit maybe Career growth not so much Unlimited opportunities to learn because you have to do a lot of things 🤣

      Cons

      Workload is endless, no work life balance at all and management always point out you are not competent instead of looking at the root cause why people keep resigning.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
