Pros
People are mostly nice and helpful, there are parties some times and happy hour. We can use english and Spanish at work. Bonus is great
Cons
too much bureaucracy, be careful of what you say and whom you say, they change you a lot every year from one team to another just because , whatever and not even ask you if u want and then you get a new manager that doesnt work like u and you are ferrado.
