Pros
Open door policy: people are easily accessible on all levels. Multinational friendly environment, lots of talented people. Good standards for labor, their safety and comfort. Some departments are pretty good to work at.
Cons
Absence of work and life balance, ever increasing workload without increasing of FTEs. Lack of clear processes in all departments. Departments are not aligned from processes point of view, reaponsibilities are unclear between departemtns. A lot of unneccesaary policies and actions coming from Brazil, but they are far away from local realities. No clear career paths, no investment into development of employees. No bonus or salary increase. No motivation. People are unhappy and stressed
