      probably the best positioned company in the industry (scale, production competitiveness, financial soundness, global reach)

      Cons

      turnaround atmosphere (uncertainty, not-healthy competition). Merge from two same-size competitors (Sadia and Perdigao) needing to create a new/unique culture.
