Pros

Opportunity for Impact: As a Product Manager, I have the ability to shape the bank's products and services, which can have a significant impact on the bank's customers and the business overall. Room for Growth: Safra Bank is known for its focus on career development, which means that as a Product Manager, I have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and advance in my career over time. Collaborative Environment: Safra Bank emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, which can make it a supportive and enjoyable place to work as a Product Manager. This can also lead to better outcomes for the bank's products and services, as multiple perspectives are brought to the table.

Cons

High Pressure: As a Product Manager, I am most of the time on pressure to deliver results, meet deadlines, and keep up with the fast pace of the banking industry. This can be stressful and challenging, especially when I am working on high-profile projects. Long Hours: Working as a Product Manager at Safra Bank require long hours, especially beacause I am working on projects with tight deadlines Bureaucracy: Like many large organizations, Safra Bank may have bureaucratic processes and procedures that can slow down decision-making and make it difficult to get things done quickly.

Pros

Coworkers were nice and so were some of the officers.

Cons

Management was horrible. The manager would gossip about her employees to other employees. Another co worker and i worked through the whole pandemic, every department got some sort of recognition and even got bonuses. We got nothing. Managers will scream at the managers they manage and also at the employees. No proper training. No growth. No 401 k match. Once you learn your specific job role they will Throw more on your plate with no additional pay. This was the worst company and bank that i had ever worked for and I’m sure it was just the operations/middle office department that was like this. Short of staff and instead of hiring more people and they gave the employees more to do. Glad i got out when i did! Oh and they offered 45k to start dont do anything for less!
