      Good people working with you, friday halfday of work, they gave you winter break and posibility to work from your home country for a week of you need it

      Cons

      No opportunity for growing, you are a number , every 6 months they have cuts off and are 100 ppl aprox that they just take away their job because the company is having bad moments but then they hire another person to do your job and pay them less

      Pros

      Nice work environment regarding to peers.

      Cons

      Way too much team reduction that overloads the rest of the teams. They also cut a lot of budget on IT tools and platforms and ask for the same goals to the IT teams. Wouldn't not recommend joining any IT role but the rest are fine.
