      Flexible hours, talent management system, above average base salary and multinational company

      Cons

      Lack of execution, bureaucracy, it's a dying industry and they are not doing enough efforts to switch the strategy

      Pros

      Nice work environment regarding to peers.

      Cons

      Way too much team reduction that overloads the rest of the teams. They also cut a lot of budget on IT tools and platforms and ask for the same goals to the IT teams. Wouldn't not recommend joining any IT role but the rest are fine.
