Corporate doesn't know what they're doing - Anonymous employee Better Collective Employee Review

Corporate officials don't take the time to learn the brands they manage. None of the SVPs/EVPs have a clue what we do, yet we're constantly seeing our budget slashed and our staff impacted. In two years, I've never had a performance review or even a discussion about future goals. Cost-of-living increases don't exist. Frankly, there's no clear direction from corporate about what we're being judged on or what our goals. They're setting brands up to fail.
