-3 days mandatory in office with awful food and awful work spaces -company is completely clueless about the situation BC is in -50 people leave the company every month -salaries are lower than city's average, lower than 900e a month -layoffs all the time, you don't know if you are next -general atmosphere is awful -director of Nis office told us if we don't like to come 3 days to the office we can search for a new job on linkedin
