For low paid positions is good, you can learn something in this company.
Cons
A LOT of micromanagement, if you wanna progress you need to kiss managers @ss, very hard to get salary adjustment, it happens every 2 years. Need to go 3x in office which is pointless if your coworkers are from another country.
