Simply put, the community built inside this company is fantastic, even when someone leaves for another company, they stay in contact with many people, even get invited to company events from time to time. The hours are flexible, and overtime is very rare. There are many options for career paths, and sometimes people switch teams in case they are more interested in developing their careers in that direction.
Cons
Nothing too major, as a big company many people don't know exactly what every team does, especially teams you don't naturally work with.
