      Many excellent trainings: both on Finance and Programming. The intern program is nice and I learned a lot from my teammates.

      Cons

      The work can be boring if you have been there for many years. Messy code base make it hard to change and maintain.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
