      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are fun and friendly. A lot of going out. Nice continuation from college, but with pay.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great when starting off. Hear it gets better later. Work is uninspiring after a while. Junior managers are robots. Senior managers are egomaniacs.

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
