Pros
Bloomberg's culture is fantastic. Really enjoyed my time in Sales. Training provided at Analytics department was put to good use when communicating ideas with clients.
Cons
Too much dictatorship from top management which suppressed creativity. Sales people rely too heavily on policies set out and slowly become cookie cutters..
