Pros
- Good culture and values; more than just lip service, really emphasized and woven into company culture and approach from top-to-bottom - Very solid technology company, with lots of opportunities to move laterally and find new roles - Lots of internal resources for training and self-improvement - Good pay, good benefits
Cons
- Federal govt contracting has it's general cons (contract instability, sometimes difficult-to-work-with clients) - As with most large government technology integrators and solution developers, getting good career management and leadership can be tough, given job responsibilities/pressures. (that having been said, the company does provide lots of resources, framework and opportunities for managers to lead/manage well) -
