Pros
BAH has a great culture, competitive pay, leadership knows what they are doing and genuinely wants you to succeed. The firm is very interested in watching you progress your career. The community is amazing, people donate leave for expecting fathers and those that have emergencies come up.
Cons
Promotions are not solely on merit, work/life balance is off. Many people are already very active in their communities and don't want to or have time to be active in the various social groups that make up the BAH community.
