Pros

Great training program, good resources, Excellent work life balance. A college graduate, or miltary personel will thrive in the environment. Controlled envrinonment helps keeps people focused but does not allow for much creative thinking. Excellent company during these down time for stability. Compensation is competative. Encourages training and continued education. Looks great on your resume, as the company is highly recogonizable. Great opportunity to hone in on imporving presentation and writing skills. Encourages sharing of ideas between organizations. Corporate office in good location close to public transportation and mall. Excellent demographics and diversity of employees. Onsite child care and gym

Cons

Thinking outside of the box is not encouraged. Senior Leadership lack sleadership skills, no opportunity to get to know team members... if it is not billable no time for it. Too stuffy. Controlled envrinonment helps keeps people focused but does not allow for much creative thinking. Annual Assessments are not opportunities for growth but just going through the motions. For such a large company benifits are expensive. No opportunity for team meetings ( NOT BILLABLE). NO real communication within teams. No sense of direction from manager. Too concerned with where you went to school and degree than quality and ability of work.

Pros

Strong mission-focused culture with meaningful work supporting national security missions. Great exposure to diverse projects, talented teammates, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to develop skills across security, intelligence, cyber, and consulting. Benefits and professional development resources are solid.

Cons

The company culture and employee experience have changed significantly in recent years. Earlier years felt more mission-focused and employee-centered, while recent organizational shifts, government spending pressures, and increased emphasis on becoming a technology-focused company have created uncertainty for some employees. Frequent changes in priorities, restructuring, and business decisions can make job stability feel less predictable. Employees may sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, and concerns raised through HR or management channels do not always appear to result in meaningful action or transparency.
