Growing pains have been real. Some parts of the company have totally outgrown and out paced the policies necessary to keep things working smoothly. Pretty normal for a start-up though, and those problems aren't being ignored so I think it will improve.
Executive team, especially the CEO, has a bit of a tendency to meddle in areas that they are no longer involved in day-to-day. Overall, I think the executive team still periodically acts like it's a smaller company than it now is. My sense is that this is getting better than it used to be though.
