Pros
Great company with lovely coworkers and kind management. They seem to know how to hire nice, collaborative people Remote position with occasional fun company social outings Good training with supervisor support & availability. Great way to develop skills
Cons
Ticket assigned in an imbalanced way through automated ticket delegation system. Some employees take way more cases monthly than others. Seems like those who are most adept at answering tickets are (unintentionally punished for this) Can be difficult while you adjust to the position--challenging to get acclimated, but good trainings/colleague support May pay slightly less than industry standard
