I have been with Brenntag for eight months and I know I made the right decision to join this company. These are more than just values on a wall - they are discussed all of the time and every meeting begins with discussion on Safety. There is a commitment to improving culture and a renewed focus on People.
Cons
The business is very decentralized and this at times makes communication tough within the company, but it also provides a fast moving business that is very customer centric.
