Pros

aside from lunch transport , nothing else

Cons

stay away from this company ! do not accept whatever good offers you think you’re getting . is not worth it at all. this place is toxic! very political , high turn overrate ,terrible management who threatens other colleagues’s career in the company if they are on good speaking terms with the person they have something against or do not like the person . management that doesn’t like your feedback , you will be under the radar . provided a feedback box , once it is made known to the management , they would wanna find out who is the culprit that wrote the feedback which doesn’t suit their likings. management doesn’t accept anything that is not within their preference . despite being always saying “we welcome all feedbacks “ , terminates staff for no apparent reason , just kinda like “slapping them with charges which is not true for a termination reason” changes of direction faster than a person changing clothes . can’t seemed to make up their mind on what direction should the company be heading towards. management here is horrible . there’s is no other words to describe it . the mental torture is not worth anyone’a time . is too exhausting just playing politics with them on a daily basis . we are no politicians , not interested in whatsoever political games that the management is playing and affecting the rest of the staff.

Pros

My early experience at the company was positive and I was able to build strong tenure there.

Cons

I worked here for several years, but my experience changed significantly toward the end of my tenure. During my notice period, previously approved time off was not honored, and my departure schedule was adjusted in a way that felt inconsistent with prior approvals. Despite preparing coverage and training for my responsibilities, I was later described as leaving my team “high and dry.” There was also a shift toward a more structured, closely managed environment, along with a return-to-office policy that was applied differently across employees. It was a reminder that the end of an employee’s experience often reflects the culture just as much as the beginning.
