Pros
we work's work space is the only good thing but also with 500 people is saddest thing.
Cons
The leads and HR management is worst like anything, manipulative and no salary increments, your whole salary will get deducted in the name of bonus, IJP, Promotions doesn't even work here. no benefits at all, quality of working environment is low, unprofessional staff and management. HR will make you believe that you're getting paid more than you work, but the fact is you will get 15k and some other person will get 50k for the same role, sometimes 70 for the basic content moderator.All your salary hikes and the promised in hand salary will get flooded with the single unprofessional lead's decision.
