Pros

- Pretty good remuneration - Fun work culture - A lot of young faces, close to no office politics among the younger gen - A lot of activities and events conducted by the teams in the company - Prize packages for holidays and company/department anniversaries - It was fun at first

Cons

- Then a new team lead came in and undid every good thing we had - Depending on the team, it can vary between super good and absolute hell - Shift rotation - Management can sometimes be unempathetic and uncaring
