Career progression was quick. They also had other non-monetary benefits like gifts, snacks and open pantries on top of additional allowances. Well, until at one point.
Cons
Started hiring former BPO employees to fill the upper levels which eventually destroyed the work culture. That and the ever changing KPI structures to the point the KPIs were only there as an accessory.
