      CCC has good benefits and some teams are close-knit with a focus on a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I have observed recently that the recent growth has resulted in a cutthroat environment in at least a couple of teams.

As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we want to keep the collaborative culture that has been so successful for us in the past. Please reach out to your Senior Management Group leader or to your HR Manager and make them aware of your concerns. We do want to know how our growth is impacting our employees so we can address any issues.

      Toxic Communication Style Unclear Decision making Narcissist Dominant Environment Hostile manager-employee relationship Very few people who actually were proficient about what they do Zero felexibility on ideas and deprecated management system with almost no new product release in 5-7 years
