Pros
Operating machines at CCL eAgile is relatively easy once trained, with low stress 99% of the time. There are no layoffs during slow seasons and plenty of opportunity for overtime when we are busy. Supervisors understand that we have lives and families that are our priorities and generally allow for a "family first" mentality and understanding environment. Mostly good people to work with out on the floor.
Cons
They hire from outside the company and show no real interest in investing in their people or promoting from within. Once hired, you are expected to stay where you are. Wages began to stagnate after the 2020 pandemic and consistently fail to meet inflation/cost of living, especially after switching to a more expensive (to the employee) healthcare plan last year. Communication from management is abysmal across the board and unnecessary, long meetings tend to waste a lot of time. Do not expext to feel like a valued employee.
