Parent company CMA CGM too obsessed with acquiring other companies. - Anonymous employee CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Was part of Bollore before it was merged with CEVA Logistics (parent company CMA CGM had acquired Bollore). Didn't feel well integrated into CEVA. Many long serving employees from Bollore left which shows how uninterested the company is in retaining loyal employees. It's hard to get support from other functions like IT, HR, etc. There is lack of transparency - many top level management were suddenly fired and there was no clear communication. Benefits are below average
