I've worked with this company for two years. With the company as the in house dispatcher for the in house trucking company, and the other year as the air export lead. This company had gone through many changes that are making controlling our operation, the company as a whole, that much more difficult. People who haven't been in the field for awhile are trying to cut costs and micromanage to the fullest of their abilities with the intention to make operations run smoother. Yet, a decrease in man power and equipment in the warehouse is a reflection in the office. Small changes can be made to make this fiscal year an improvement, the likeliness of this however is far from achievable. completive pay rates benefits: vision, dental, and life with a few discounted items in between semi friendly environment, depending on the department you can move up in the company as long as you have educational background, Associates/ bachelors, but that also depends on the department/ field.

Managers that have been at this location for years are leaving. Cuts in funding are spread throughout the facility
