      Pros

      Good starting wage. Good balance of work/home time. With options for OT. Equipment is pretty good.

      Cons

      Management on my shift seems to need some more training, customer our facility services has shut downs and we lose money other than unemployment. The unemployment can be hard to depending on the work week.
