CEVA has a strong group you can call friends. Find a mentor, learn the ropes and you can rise with CEVA as they are in need of good talent.
Cons
Lost in changing strategies to the point that the strategy seems to be the tactics. CEVA will struggle for awhile until the debt restructure is complete ... after that sky is the limit.
