Pros
Plenty to do, plenty of learning opportunity, mostly good staff, can have busy days leading to a good overtime pay, not a typically boring job.
Cons
Will search out all of the small issues to fire people over. Will fire you for nearly any reason. Can be immensely stressful during peak season, management likes to assume they know everything.
