Global company. I think this is a good place to start if you want to eventually move into oil & gas or a more upscale Logistics company
Cons
Salary is good for experienced people coming from outside the company. Raises are so low that the company should not even waste time giving them. Benefits is trash and you only get 7 days of vacation if your are non exempt. The 7 days have to last for 365 so take plenty of vitamins because you obvioulsy can not get sick. Office equipment is old and Ceva does not participate in alot of community events such as Battered womens shelter, Houston Food bank ect. They do not get MLK , Presidents day, Good Friday off. They give you the bare minimum in holidays. There is no real training for your position. The best training that you will get is sititng next to someone and writing down your own notes. They have just started a program where all areas have to create Work instructions so thats a plus. The IT is terrible. The IT customer service is in India and you have to practically beg for days for the internal IT ppl to come to your desk and assist you.
