Poorly Managed - Anonymous employee CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Newly hired leadership. I worked for them at their previous jobs. They didn't know what they were doing there either and ran the place into the ground over the course of a couple years. Their biggest skills are being able to hide their ignorance and blame subordinates for their failures and poor management abilities. All I can say is good luck. Hopefully the senior management at Ceva is much better at figuring this out than their previous employers.
