      Pros

      CEVA has a global presence, with particular strengths in key geographies. Strengths in certain markets, not all. The company has many stations throughout US and globally. Decent benefits and salary.

      Cons

      Recent layoffs hurt operational performance of the company. Many complaints from customers. Although global, does not act globally with it's customers. All decisions made at a country / regional basis.
