      Pros

      Learned a lot and they gave me good opportunities to promote myself

      Cons

      It was an unlucky situation where it had to be at the startup facitilty of VW assembly plant so things were chaotic due to bad planning on VW's side to begin things. It took a while for CEVA to start putting things in retrospect but it was also too little too late.
