A steady, stable workplace if you can deliver results, combined with a decent salary and very generous overtime pay. Competent middle management, which if noticed can evaluate personal results very objectively and offer a better contract or even a promotion.
Cons
The experience is highly dependent upon each individual. Those who want to achieve something are likely to get disappointed, as there is quite a bit of politics involved within the lower levels of management, which restrain options for career advancement.
