The station manager Scott Mann is very professional. Always caring and understanding of yours and your family's need. Quiet office enviroment. Great Logistics' and Domestic Operations team. Many opportunities to learn as you go. As long as you are doing your work, management allows you to work on your own without overseeing or questioning everything you do. Very clean and safe facility. Great benefits.
Cons
Low pay. Most employees are dissatisfied with their pay, and most employees are working through a staffing agency. Temps come and go all the time. Many employees have been working as temps 3-5 years and have not been hired. Opportunity to become a CEVA employee is always on a freeze. Training could be better. Better contact information needed.
