      Pros

      I worked for CEVA for many years. A lot of pro’s through various contracts I worked on.

      Cons

      TechNet contract, from contract managers up to account manager (mainly in Daventry sites) are running an extremely disjointed operation. - Blame culture is rife. - Completely no regard to people home lives - HR does nothing but support the above which is disgraceful
