Pros
Most of the drivers are great, hard workers. Some of the regional managers were life long drivers and understood the drivers and the issues at hand. Employed there 5 years.
Cons
In the rail fueling group Pay is disgustingly low, the tractors were leased, the tankers were old and in poor shape. They don't pay their repair bills leaving the driver to deal with all the stress dumped on you by the customer. Newer management is inexperienced and and generally have no clue about the industry.
