Pros
I love the work culture, everyone is very helpful, kind, funny and fun. It was lovely to work there, I enjoyed going to work everyday. There was teamwork, which is very important. We all work hard and we also have time to play hard even in the office too.
Cons
Same as every company, there's always politics. It is unavoidable. Stay out of the politics as it is for the higher management.
