Offer 3 days of wfh but request all staff to come back on Mon and Fri. Staff to tap in/out. Hr to monitor attendance. No trust in staff and emphasise on clocking hours? Boss expect you to work even when you're on leave. No respect of employees time off. Pressure from management. Keep asking you to escalate and never chip in to help you further. In the end if not achieved, its the employees mistake. Its never the insufficient support from the management level. Feel quite toxic to work in the com with lack of support and pressure from the top.
