      Incredible workload Inappropriate manner from manager Financial/billing pressure from upper management rather than operation roles Force to come office everyday Often forced to do OT Open office environment which means can't focus on work due to the noise Too many meetings to attend Complicated work process Outdated software Oftenly harassed by customer/vendor/origin offices Unprofessional teated by manager
