Co-workers and colleagues are nice person. Less politics issue in operations' side. Have monthly fruit day.
Cons
1) Negative Review for HR Department. Salary often being deducted monthly due to some nonsense reasons that given by HR. 2) Work is boring and less opportunity to grow in the office. 3) Do not have extra funds for team bonding/building, work is just too boring.
