      Pros

      Great place to learn and grow. Great compensation. I enjoyed all of the cross-functional teamwork. I liked the "do the right thing" mentality.

      Cons

      Can be poor work-life balance at times. Cadence always expects you to be on the clock when needed. Need more proactivity when contracts are not up for renewal.
